We will help you find a convenient option, whether you want to cancel or exchange your not-yet-manufactured order.
This policy does not apply to our customized products.
You can cancel/exchange your customized item without any fees up to 1 week after the order placement. By the end of week 3, there is a penalty. After 4 weeks, unfortunately, there is no cancellation or exchange.
We Deliver π
Once your items are ready, our team will contact you directly to schedule your delivery appointment.
Our delivery team is only responsible for lifting the items to the third floor.
Unfortunately, they will not be responsible if the stairs lobby is smaller than the requested items.
Please make sure to inform our team of all the required details beforehand to ensure a smooth delivery.

Clean the desired location of your new items and remove your old ones
Make sure the paths are clear from any obstacles
Secure your children and pets for safety
We are not responsible for moving any old furniture

You can change your delivery date up to 48 hours before the delivery appointment.
You can also request extended storage.
We charge weekly storage fees at 3% of the total order value, with a maximum of 6 months.
Storage fees apply to any item exceeding 15 days from the order-ready date. Final payment must be completed within the grace period to reserve the order.

Our team will call you before heading to your location. If unanswered within 30 minutes, delivery will be rescheduled to the nearest available slot.
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Make sure all products are in good condition and properly assembled.

All sales are final. Orders are non-refundable.

Warranty & Conditions π
We offer a 3-year warranty on all products against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does NOT cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage from improper/excessive use
Improper assembly
Non-normal use (e.g., standing on a table)
Mishandling during moving
Heat, moisture, or harsh cleaning products
Dryness, humidity, or environmental effects
Sunlight/UV-related fading or deterioration
Accidental damages and stains
Unauthorized repair or cleaning
Characteristics of the materials themselves
Multi Craft reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.

Filing a claim is easy. Just call 01234500533.
We will arrange a pickup for inspection at our warehouse. Within 3 working days, our team will update you with the status, causes, solutions, any fees, and the expected repair/replacement duration.
If rejected, the item will be returned to you. Please note, other issues may appear during repairs.
